How to make strong name for Whidbey ASP.NET application

I want to defence my application from malicious chenges and I want for this
purpose to make strong name, but in new idiology teher is no AssemblyInfo.cs
and instead of one assembly we have some partial assemblies.

How to make strong name in new version af ASP.NET?
