I can not run existing web service to other machine (as soon as possible)

wrote 3 asp web service on my computer. I copyed my all souce files in my
solutýon to another computer. I want to develop my program at this computer
after now. But, web serviceses can not be run at other compter. I get same
error Line 39:
(New computer is running properly. If I create new web service, it is run
properly, only existing web service, which was created other computer, can
not be run.) could yu help me immeditely please?

Some things to check:

1) Have you created a virtual directory for your webservice?
2) Have you copied the \BIN directory also?
