Sorry I forgot the smiley. :)
However, you can't deny that JS can get aggravating, can you?

Well since I have it on all the time, I really don't have a lot of
issues with JavaScript at all. I would imagine if you have it off most
of the time it can get aggravating turning it on and off ESPECIALLY
with IE. Or worse yet, not knowing something is supposed to have
happened, or missing a link, because you have it turned off. Yes, I
completely agree that would be irritating. This is one of the reasons
I just leave it on.
The web
site for one of my credit cards is one example. Their JS menus are badly
designed and using them gets really frustrating for me. Of course, the
site is unusable with JS disabled.

Most menus in general, especially multi level ones, are a royal pain in
the butt.
BTW, complaints, even though politely stated, seem to have fallen on
deaf ears. I'd take my business elsewhere, but can't get the same deal
anywhere else.

Taking your business else where is exactly what everyone should do if
they do not like something about the place they are buying something.
Web, brick and mortar, makes no difference. If you don't like
something about a store/site, then tell them you will never shop there
again if they do not change.
$$$$ is all they will understand.
