Maintaining view state in datagrid

hi all,

I have a datagrid in my asp.net page.
In that datagrid, i have paging enabled. And one template column having
checkbox control in datagrid.
When i click next button of paging, it should go to next page.Its going
fine.
But while returning back to first page, i need the check boxes to be
selected as previous.
How to maintain this?
