New to PDA ,Guide me pls

Hi,

am a ASP.NET developer.Now am asked to port my project to PDA.We have
given a HP PDA.

I know the modules only.We are said that, the PDA app should work
offline & online.We are planning to use oracle lite as a PDA Database.

when the tasks are done offline & connected to the system ,it should be
synchronised with the oracle Main DB.

Since we are developing our app in c#.net , we are thinking to use the
same for PDA also.

Now pls tell me Which .net technology is suitable to our needs .I mean
either smart device application or asp.net mobile application & why.
