Server Application Unavailable

Hi,

I have some asp.net applications running on a IIS server. No problem.
This morning, i wanted to start an asp.net application, but i get the error:
"Server Application Unavailable; the web application you are attempting to
access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the
"Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

The logbook gives this:

"aspnet_wp.exe could not be started. The error code for the failure is
C0000022. This error can be caused when the worker process account has
insufficient rights to read the .NET Framework files. Please ensure that the
..NET Framework is correctly installed and that the ACLs on the installation
directory allow access to the configured account."

I have no idea what's changed in the configuration. The account used is
ASPNET and have enough rights (Read and R/W for database).

I have occasionally seen this error when the version of ASP.NET used
for the site or virtual directory in question is incorrectly matched
to the code For example, you built your site using ASP.NET 2.0, and
the site or vdir properties reveal that is is using ASP.NET 1.1.
