SMPP sending chinese message to smsc

Hi all, i am trying to send sms message to smsc via smpp. I have successfully send out normal sms message and long sms message, and now i am trying to send chinese sms message. But the problem now is the chinese sms message i received is not chinese word, i have set the data_coding to 0x08 which use to send chinese message, can anyone help me on this, how to send chinese sms message via smpp. Sorry for my bad English grammar mistake. If you are submitting via SMPP, you would specify data coding = 8 (UCS2) and encode the text as 16-bit Unicode.
