SQL server Reporting Services

I am running MS.NET 2003 version on Windows 2000 professional with SQL
server 2000 as Database.

I would like to use SQL server reporting services which comes as "Add-on"
tool with SQL server 2000 Standard edition.

I can not Instal this on Windows 2000 pro .

With My Existing VS.NEt 2003 , Can I use reporting services by installing
SQL server 2005.
