TreeView webcontrol question!!

I had a treeview menu working on one server and then moved to another
server..
I'm very sure all is configured well installed the treeview..added the right
folder /webctrl_client/1_0
but it just displays the treeview as text it isn't showing the treeview
structure as if its not seeing the folder "webctrl_client/1_0"/
One thing i noticed though is that if i right click on the file
"Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls.dll" using Visual Studio .Net i see the path
as :-
"C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls.dll
"
And i'm sure 'm loading it from \\ipaddress\wwwroot\sample\bin
Just don't know why it isn't loading...
Any ideas
