turn of Skype library/activex(?) from my web page

Hello!

I was looking for it on internet but I couldn`t find anything.

How to turn off the Skype library, which makes such behaviour on my web page.
When there is sth like phone number on my page it is changing into the skype
phone number (link) and then I can call to this phone number directs from my web
page using Skype communicator.
Is it possible to turn it off?
I have IE 7.0.
