Must Have:
* Object oriented development in Javascript
* Experience with 3rd party Javascript libraries - MooTools preferred
* Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to manipulate
these through the browser DOM.
* Experience in AJAX development calling REST based services
* Experience with MVC based frameworks
* Experience in the creation of JSP pages to act as host containers
for rich internet applications.
* Thorough knowledge of developing cross-browser solutions.
* XML/XSD/Web Services:
- SOAP - Simple Object Access Protocol
- REST - Representational State Transfer
- Ability to generate and work with XML schemas
- Understanding of Web Services Definition Language WSDL
* Knowledge of localization techniques
* Understanding of encryption and hashing algorithms
* Good knowledge of software algorithms and design patterns
* Ability to generate Software design specifications
* Ability to generate designs to support new requirements on an
existing system
* Ability to understand requirements documents and high- level
architecture
* History of successful software commercialization projects
* Knowledge and proven execution of Software Development processes
(e.g. , SCM)
* Strong organization skills , self-motivated , team player
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Track record of quality software development including the creation
and execution of unit tests , and release documentation to Software
Configuration Management
* History of successful projects involving development and integration
across multiple development organizations located in different
geographic locations
* Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate multi-national
development
* A passion to create new , engaging experiences for customers
* Commitment to continuously learn new web development techniques and
broaden ones skill set.
* Effective problem solving skills
* Outstanding interpersonal skills , written and verbal communications
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
* Driven to meet aggressive milestones
* Motivated to produce robust , high-performance software

* Experience with ATG E-commerce solutions
* Knowledge of Flash/Flex and Actionscript 3
