Relevant Experience (Yrs): 5 yrs as SAP HCM consultant with hands-
on Config experience in HCM essentials and OM/PA
Necessary Skills:
• Need to have excellent communication skills (including English
conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and
critical thinking skills.
• Should have HCM and OM/PA configuration experience
• Global template and multi-company configuration experience Should
have service oriented and customer focused job experience.
Desired Skills : Time management, ESS/MSS experience
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Understand business requirements, and configure SAP HCM.
• Document blueprint and functional specifications.
• Guide offshore development team and test developments
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
