Hello,
How's everybody???
I have a ASP.NET Application installed on Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
The application is set up to use Integrated Windows Authentication ONLY, and
I'm also accesing a SQL Server Database installed in the same computer. I
have an entry(MYWEBAPP) on the DSN SERVER pointing to my application, like
this.http://10.9.0.1/mywebapp/default.asp. When I try to access the
application using from PIE using the DNS Entry I receive an error that says:
"Trouble Connecting" Unable to connect with current settings. To change your
connection settings, tap settings".
If I access to DNS entry from Internet Explorer 6.0 it works fine.
I am using DHCP, and when I do a ping to MYWEBAPP(DNS ENTRY) I receive
answer. Also I checked that the hand held has been assigned and Ip and the
DNS Server.
Why is that PIE does not understand the DNS entry???
Any ideas??????
Any input will be appreciated.
Thank you in advance
