What does it take ?

I guess I'm asking this question for all of the people that are new to
programming and Ruby who would like to know this What does it take to
get a job(entry level)after putting in hard work and dedication
understand and programming in ruby? For the ones who are experience
developers or managers, what type of skill set would you expect for
someone to have as a beginner in order to be apart of your team? What
responsibilities would that individual be given?

Sort of a sensational title, but the content was pretty much what you're
