will attachment be encrypted on a https site?

Hi All,
wanted to clear doubt..
i have expose a asp.net site over https.

and site has functionality to upload attachment.

since I have exposed my site over https will my attachement also be
encrypted automatically along with rest of the paylaod?

Yes.

As long as the user is connected with SSL, the entire communication, both to
and from, are encrypted. With uploads, the files is sent as part of the
request. If you have opted for a custom "out of band" implementation, you
might be sending unencrypted, but a standard ASP.NET file upload will be
encrypted.
