aspnet_wp.exe could not be launched (running ASP.NET 2.0)

I have upgraded my Windows 2000 Server to ASP.NET 2.0 and installed Visual
Studio 2005.

Now my Web Sites are giving a Server Application Unavailable error and the
Event Viewer reports event id 1007 saying 'aspnet_wp.exe could not be
launched ...' because of how the username/password configuration is setup
for the processModel section of the config file (I know this was used in
ASP.NET 1.1, so maybe this is not setup correctly for ASP.NET 2.0).

As additional information, I am running ISA 2004 on this server and the
server is a Domain Controller (so under ASP.NET 1.1, I configured the
controlling username to be <Domain>\ASPUSER instead of the local ASPNET
username account).

Thanks for any help that can be provided so I can get my Web Sites working
under ASP.NET 2.0

HAve you tried re-registering the aspnet process?
By doing asp_net regiis -i and -u commands
Look up on that
