what is up with that?? i've only encountered this at some customer sites
when i try to change or debug, but can't even load the solution file in
vs.net 2003. how can i easily correct this?? i've tried lots of things,
including:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_regiis -i
anyone know the answer?
