Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web server.

I'm getting this error when trying to debug:

Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web
server.

I installed .net 2.0, and now I can't debug my 1.1 web apps.

I ran aspnet_regiis on 2.0 and the pages load and run fine, but it
won't debug.

For some reason it was debugging fine yesterday also. This isn't making
much sense.

Anyone come across this? Or know how to fix it?
