ISE10.1 in WIndows 7 Pro (64-bit).

My ISE10.1 crashed when I was translating my design with viterbi-decoder v6.2. A messege pop-up stating "APPCRASH", and the application name "ngdbuild.exe". Also, same thing happened when I am trying to create viterbi core in CORE Generator.

Is there any other solution than upgrade to ISE13.1?
Any idea?
