I put up Red Gate's SQL tools as one and DNN.

That depends on how you define an "app in use". I can't immediately think
of any "household name" software, but the RSS aggregator I use to read news
( http://www.sharpreader.net/ ) is a .NET application. I know of several
shrinkwrapped .NET line-of-business applications for the financial industry.
Perhaps the least expected one I've encountered is the ATI Catalyst Control
Center, a utility for ATI graphics card drivers.

I believe portions of some microsoft products are written in .NET such as
biztalk, parts of Visual Studio. The tablet API is .NET, a bumch of
longhorn is .net

Commerce Server 2002
Content management server 2002

IIRC the file sharing software called "eMule" is called to be written in

- A Retail shop system
- A system to send invoices as XML files to community and government
institutions in Denmark.
