Problems with ASP.NET 2.0 and IIS 6

I installed ASP.NET framework 2.0 and IIS 6 in a Windows 2003 server and
looks like it does not work. I get this error on the Event View:
EventType clr20r3, P1 w3wp.exe, P2 6.0.3790.1830, P3 42435be1, P4
system.web.services, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 4333af0f, P7 273, P8 42, P9
system.net.webexception, P10 NIL.

And
Application pool 'DefaultAppPool' is being automatically disabled due to a
series of failures in the process(es) serving that application pool.

Anybody had this problem before any help you can provide?
