to have value from GET method ina new line---urgent

ihad encode the textarea URL values
now they are being printed on page in a single line
eg.
if i have values in textarea as
hi hello
fine

then after decoding result is:
hi hello fine

i want that new line should be shown as it is
how should i

You have to save the wrapping with the textarea itself.
