What model phone for both J2ME and .NET?

I need to buy a new phone. What is a good model of phone to get if I want to
use it to learn about mobile application development with both J2ME and
..NET?

Is anyone doing mobile development with native C++? If so, what development
platform? It seems like C#/.NET and Java/J2ME are the favorites.
