custom webform template in vs 2008 new item dialog box

Hi All,
This is in .net 2.0 or .net 3.5. VS 2008.

in design time ==add new item to project ==> i can choose
webform.aspx.

I want to have my own custom template there in addition to defalt VS
webform.aspx.

I want to see my own custom page/template in dialog box that I can
choose from and my new weform can be created based on my custom
template...is this possible?can i show my own templates in new item
dialog box

can some one please point me to some documetation/sample on it please.
