Looking For Help

Hello everyone, I'm an amateur web designer. I'm making a personal website and, in the process, learning code only inasmuch as it is necessary to do that. I think it's really cool what it can do but sometimes I run into problems I can't figure out so a forum like this one is most appreciated. There isn't much that I can do to help anyone, I'm afraid, but I do appreciate that people who can do that are willing to do so.
