Eclipse plugins don't need to be installed explicitly. You just decompress them
and put the resulting directory into the "plugins" directory of eclipse.
The next time eclipse is started, the plugin should be available.

please don't take it the wrong way, but a newbie should really learn java
without an IDE like eclipse.
most folks suggest using notepad, editpad, or some minimal ide like JGrasp
or BlueJ
I don't use eclipse myself, so I can't help you there.
