I just got a new laptop with Windows 7 and installed my Visual Studio 2008
and almost everything works fine. When I open an aspx page the top line is
underlined with a long message something like below
<path> An error occurred loading a configuration file. Failed to start
monitoring changes to ...<path>
Can anyone help with this? I also am not getting all of the intellisense
when I am in the code behind page. Thanks.
