New to coding, as a side interest/hobby

Hey! Im studying civil engineering but wanting to learn coding on the side. Have previously done a small computing class so know basics of HTML and CSS. Trying to learn with the phone app Mimo. Is this a good way to learn?

I am uncertain about doing full courses on it as I have a lot of work and studying. I am mostly looking for something I can do on my phone as then i can do it anytime

Hi, EVERYONE IM SO WANTING TO LEARN HOW TO EMULATE MY OWN AVIONICS SYSTEMS FROM SCRATCH, LIKE THE PIC BELLOW AND CAN IT BE 100% EMULATED IN PYTHON , C, or C++ Which IS beTTER for THIS TYPE OF PROGRAMMING?
